When a free tool is not enough, RDC can go in person.
RDC is designed for the in-between stage: someone is still mostly independent, but the family needs a clearer picture, a safer plan, or a reliable local update.
For aging loved ones, recovery situations, hospital concerns, or another agreed non-medical need. RDC visits in person and sends a clear update afterward.
A structured room-by-room review of common fall, accessibility, lighting, bathroom, entry and emergency-readiness concerns, with prioritized written recommendations afterward.
RDC is independent: it does not perform repairs or sell remodeling work. Referrals are made only when outside expertise is needed.

I'm Jenell. My background is in medical alarm response-center dispatch, working with older adults, families, medical-alert activations and time-sensitive situations.
As a Senior Home Safety Specialist® with Aging in Place Essentials® Professional Training, I created RDC to help families notice gaps earlier, understand their options and get local support without turning every concern into medical care or caregiving.

Is RDC the right fit?
RDC is for the in-between stage.
RDC works best when an older adult is still mostly independent, but the family wants clearer information, a safer home plan, or a reliable local set of eyes. RDC is non-medical and does not provide hands-on personal care, medication administration, transportation, repairs, or emergency response. If the need is outside RDC's role, the goal is to point you toward the appropriate type of help.
