Local in-person check-in at a front door

What this is

Not emergency response. Not full-time care. Just a real person checking on what matters.

Sometimes you do not need a caregiver, house sitter, or a long list of services. You just need someone local, calm, and reliable to go there, look around, notice what matters, and tell you clearly what is going on.
